An ever-changing harvest...



We have a rotating planting schedule, with different organic and heirloom seeds being introduced regularly.



We utilize a rotating grow schedule. To provide, varying harvests of our freshest microgreen varieties.



Midnight Sun Microgreens continues to experiment and we love to try new seeds! We enjoy being able to provide along to you a spectacular harvest. We use the highest quality seeds, variable spectrum LED lighting and an organic grow medium. Our goal is for you to enjoy our microgreens for personal use, catering, restaurants and any other particular occasions.
